Corpatch.com is open 24 hours a day and you can buy at almost any time. However, we may close the shop for maintenance.
To purchase at corpatch.com you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit card that we accept.
We accept payment by VISA and MasterCard. Payments will be deducted your account upon shipment of goods. All amounts are in Euro and include VAT.
We use encryption for credit card information through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that others cannot intercept the credit card number or other information during the transaction with our provider.
We endeavour to ship orders from working day to working day.

Shipping in Europe is currently invoiced at €10.
We are currently setting up an agreement with GLS and will add prices etc. when available.
When you shop with corpatch.com you have 14 days to cancel, when you can inform us that you have changed your mind and return the item to us in the same state as received.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the items. Cancellation requests shall be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly indicating that you wish to use your cancellation rights.
We expect you to return the items as soon as possible after you have given cancellation notice and no later than 14 days after you have informed us by email.
We only accept unopened items in original and unharmed packing as returns, and they must be properly packed for shipment. Otherwise the products will be considered used, and no refunds will apply.

You are responsible for the package / items until received by us. So keep the postal receipt including information on shipping costs and if applicable the track and trace number.
We do not cover return shipping costs, and we do not accept packages sent COD or similar.
Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including rules regarding defects. This means that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, receive a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other incorrect conduct.
