CorPatch® – CPR Feedback for Training and Real-Life Emergencies

With CorPatch®, you can regularly practice your CPR skills and receive real-time feedback on the quality of your chest compressions in an emergency.

CorPatch® is a compact medical device that measures the quality of chest compressions and sends the data to the free CorPatch® app. The app provides visual and audio feedback on key CPR parameters such as compression depth, rate and full chest recoil.

This allows you to regularly refresh your CPR skills between first aid or resuscitation courses and stay better prepared for a real-life emergency.

Train regularly

CorPatch® is designed to help you maintain your CPR skills beyond a single training course.

We recommend approximately two minutes of training every three months.

CorPatch® does not replace a first aid or Basic Life Support (BLS) course. Instead, it complements formal training and helps you regularly practice and review your CPR skills.

For use in a real-life emergency

CorPatch® supports trained first responders in performing chest compressions on adults who show no signs of life and are not breathing normally.

In a real-life emergency, CorPatch® is attached to the chest using the designated medical adhesive patch. During CPR, the app provides feedback on the quality of your chest compressions.

CorPatch® is intended for single use on a patient.

Important information for use

CorPatch® is intended for use on adults who show no signs of life and are not breathing normally.

For reliable measurements, the person should be positioned on a hard, horizontal and stable surface.

CorPatch® must not be used on newborns, infants or children. It must also not be used on people who show signs of life or are breathing normally.

Accurate measurements cannot be ensured during patient transport or when the person is positioned on a moving or soft surface.

Important: CPR must not be delayed by the preparation or use of CorPatch®.

CPR training with CorPatch® must not be performed on a living person.

App and compatibility

CorPatch® is used together with the free CorPatch® app and is available for compatible iOS and Android smartphones.
